Abhitap K. Jain brings over 26 years of comprehensive experience in corporate governance, legal affairs, and company secretarial functions to Rajvir Finance. With more than 23 years of post-qualification expertise, Abhitap has played a key role in managing corporate services, compliances, and restructuring for various reputed organizations. He is a seasoned professional in handling Accounts, Finance, Taxation and other allied activities besides secretarial matters, including conducting meetings, ensuring corporate law compliance, and meeting SEBI and stock exchange requirements.

Abhitap’s diverse experience spans multiple sectors, including real estate, finance, and engineering. He is proficient in overseeing legal and commercial matters, drafting and vetting documents, and liaising with government regulatory bodies like SEBI, ROC, and stock exchanges. His background also includes significant contributions to corporate restructuring initiatives, mergers, and due diligence processes.

In addition to his role at Rajvir Finance, Abhitap serves as a Promoter and Director at Advanced Infrabuild Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and has held senior leadership positions at Kalani Group of Industries, MAN B&W Diesel, Vippy Industries, and other reputed companies.

Abhitap is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology. His extensive experience and legal acumen are instrumental in steering Rajvir Finance’s operational and compliance objectives.

Abhay Agrawal

Co-Founder

Abhay Agrawal is an accomplished businessman with over 20 years of experience in trading, distribution, and logistics, particularly within the building materials sector. His extensive background includes managing large-scale C&F operations for major brands such as Ultratech Cement and Birla Gold Cement across multiple regions. Through his leadership, Abhay has built a robust network in primary and secondary transportation and expanded into sectors such as real estate and trading in cement sheets and wall putty.

At Rajvir Finance, Abhay’s strategic acumen in finance and operations adds depth to the company’s leadership. His hands-on experience in offline marketing, accountancy, and human resource management, supported by a team of 70 skilled professionals, enables him to contribute a valuable business perspective to Rajvir Finance’s mission of financial growth and client-centered service.
